Amazon Pay (UK) not showing in Checkout

Hi,
I'm using OC v2.0.2.0 which is running very well with "PayPal" as the payment module.
I'm now trying to add the "Amazon Payments" module but there is no sign on it at the Checkout!!!
This is the UK version, I have set up an Amazon account and have copied all the Amazon payments Seller credentials from my Seller Central Account.
The "Log in and Pay with Amazon" and "Pay with Amazon" modules are both enabled.
But when a customer tries to pay, the only option offered is by PayPal!!!
Has anyone made this module work in the UK?

But you bring up a point that I have a problem with also. I would like to have a radio button just like PayPal and for some reason I cannot figure it.

OP did you get this working? I have followed that guide to the letter but nothing shows up in my checkout, only paypal (which works fine).
