Possible Product feature

Hi,

I am looking to see if something is possible.

Say a product is discounted and will longer be stocked instead of deleting this, but have a setting so it does not show in site search but also says like "No Longer available" but then also on the page it suggests another product like it this can either be done somebody manually adding the products etc or some kind of auto search from database of products.

The reason for not deleting it fully is because its already got all through internet and links from other sites so will et an annoying product no found page etc but when customers searching on site they always get in the way.

Those features requested are already available in OpenCart, as mods.

For hiding out of stock products:
