I have been trying unsuccessfully for months to make the paid OpenBay subscription work between OpenCart 2.3 and Amazon US site. We get orders to download from Amazon, but cannot get shipping info or inventory numbers to send to Amazon and snyc. After many suggestions from OpenBay support (such as using http instead of https) we are still no closer to making this thing working.
Is there anyone out there that has OpenBay working successfully with Amazon US store on Open Cart 2.3? If so, what are your settings.
Or can anyone recommend another service that will sync Amazon and our OC store.
I find it really annoying paying for a subscription service that doesn't work.
