Same 32bit hash characters for all downloadable files

can I use the same 32bit hash characters for all downloadable files ? is there any security issue if I put the same hash characters for all of them ?

the reason that I'm gonna do that is because it makes it easier for me to manage and manipulate the database for any the future changes.

I just googled and it seem like 32bit hash characters isn't that important and the numbers can be lower than that. so I guess it has no harm to use the same hash for all files but I'm not sure yet.
