I got this plugin from here (which is compatible up to 2.3.0.0):

I installed it successfully on 2.3.0.2 but when I make some changes and save it I run into the following error:
"You do not have permission to access this page, please refer to your system administrator."
It seems like the plugin is not compatible with the new version 2.3.0.2 and it has nothing to do with "system/user groups" permissions.
I searched around and I came to realize that in the new version all of the extension types have now moved under a new directory named "extension".
I tried to make those changes according to this instruction but I unfortunately failed:

I guess it has nothing to do with changing the address and putting the payment folder into the extension folder and make other changes cause I even tried the Perfect Money extension and the same rule applies to Perfect Money as well...

That's extremely annoying not to mention that there's no option to remove the module completely. If it has nothing to do with system / user groups permissions then what is wrong with opencart ?

Now I'm quite sure it's a compatibility issue with the new Opencart...
I could get rid of the issue with a "compatibility fix" extension but that extension had some issues as well.

I will have a play with this later. Will most likely use the BlockChain.info method as opposed to downloading the humungous blockchain database
OK, managed to take a look at this.
After modifying it to work with the OC 2.3.0.2 file structure, I don't get any error on the admin side.
However, as I am trying to use it directly with BlockCHain.info, it will need rewriting on the front-end to work with their new API
I have attached a zip file of the modified files, if you are going to use the downloaded blockchain on your server, it may work for you.
