Major bug with cyrillic in the admin section

Please, need your help with this one... Version 2.3.0.2, fresh install.

Go to Home -> Catalog -> Information

Try to edit "About us" for example... In Bulgarian it is "За нас". After saving the changes, the item just disappear from the list. It still says "Showing 1 to 4 of 4 (1 Pages)", but only 3 items are listed. Everything with cyrillic title is missing.

It's the same with Home -> Catalog -> Categories. I am trying to change the title from "Cameras" (En) to "Камери" (Bulgarian). And after saving the change, the category is gone.

But on the front page everything is fine... I can see the correct title in the footer "За нас". I can also see the correct category name on the top... "Камери".

But in the admin panel all those items with cyrillic names just disappear from the lists.

Any ideas?

Try to change your admin panel default language from System > Setting > Store. Check if it works fine with different language.
