Simple Stock Report mod

Hi all

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but not sure where to post.

I downloaded the stock report mod and followed the install instructions.
I am stuck on instruction2:

2) admin/language/english/common/menu.php
at the end of the file before ?>
ADD
$_['text_stock'] = 'Stock';

In the common folder there is no menu.php file?

Any help would be appreciated.
