Wonder why my payment option - Bank Transfer , order status section all option is lost (refer attachment) , think to replace default oc bank transfer script , but which directory should I looking at ? Much appreciate any helps.
version : 2.2.0.0
Are they coming for other payment methods or on order info page?

This might sound weird, but do you have ANY order statuses created and enabled? If you do, then somehow Bank Transfer extension is broken. If it's a default one, simply re-upload its files to your server.

Yes ,customer order form email display order status title only, that's why I go to admin side to select status option but there is no option.
Well, if you do have at least one order status and it's not displayed in the list in Bank Transfer extension, this means, either getOrderStatuses() function is broken or Bank Transfer module itself. Either way, a further debugging is required.
