Hello guys,

I was fiddling arround with the product.tpl doc from both the default theme and the Journal.2 theme.
I'm not sure which one did it, but it mixed the order of the tabs on th product page; specifically: the recommended products and tags are in the top right corner and the price and the flavour options are at the bottom of the page. I'm guessing the product.tpl file did this.

Is pasting a default product.tpl doc instead of the one I currently have a fix? Or each one is unique?
Opened to any sollution.

Thank you in advance!

My suggestion would be to replace both of the files.
With Your default one and with the Journal 2 theme product.tpl

If you have made any changes that you do not want to lose... Make a backup of both files and then adjust the files accordingly and make sure to refresh your cache after each change.

As suggested, you should restore the originals.

In addition, you shouldn't modify core Opencart theme files. Rather, modify a custom theme file.

The way the theme system works is similar in concept to the way WordPress operates with Child Themes. So the Opencart theme should always serve as the parent theme. Any customizations should only be done on 'child' or non-default themes.

You could create a custom Opencart theme with only one file. The system will first try to pull files from the custom theme and if a particular file doesn't exist in the custom theme, Opencart will automatically use the 'parent' or default theme file. This is one of the reasons the parent theme (default) should never be modified.

Thank you for the replies!
Ok. Sounds good... However, a thing worth mentioning is that I didn't back-up the file I've changed...well, I did, but aparently the file I've saved beforehand is still screwie; so, I'm guessing it's still a bad one.
So, in this case, where can I get the "original" files from?

*Managed to find the part I wrote and replaced it with the default one. It worked*

Thanks!
