I want to turn off the Stripe Payment email notifications that get sent to customers, it has my phone and we don't proivide phone support. I just want the notifications turned off. Stripe says they can't help guess they didn't write the plugin? No documentation or version/author of the Stripe payment plugin in my Version 2.0.3.1 Opencart payments area. Thanks for any help or advice
Does it look like my Stripe Payment Gateway extension? If so, turning off receipts from the Stripe admin panel should turn it off. If you haven't tried that, you should do that in your Account Settings area.
If it's not mine, and there's no attribution or copyright in the admin panel, then try looking at all the Stripe extensions in the marketplace. If you can find one that has similar screenshots, you can try contacting that developer for assistance.
If you can't find it in there, you may need to get a different Stripe extension, or hire someone to modify the code of your current one so it doesn't tell Stripe to send receipts.
