SEO Guy says Google Analytics is not seeing traffic/sessions

So I have an SEO guy working on one of my opencart 1.5.6.4 sites and I added his google analytics code. I don't know all the lingo but he is not seeing the traffic that he says he should and something about sessions not showing up?

I don't know what to do but figured I would try this extension. I guess you need something like this since some of the ecommerce data is not transferred to analytics?

Anything I should be aware of ?
Do I need to tell him to enable ecommerce in his analytics account or does that even matter?

First, I would make sure the code was added correctly.

Second, shouldn't you use your own GA account and then give him access as a manager for that particular property?
