mobile site displaying chinese characters should be english

I have my website (www.phxtoys.com) that im building for a friend and the site looks good on the desktop but the mobile version is displaying chinese characters instead of english and symbols(shopping cart,wishlist heart, phone icon, magnifying glass on search). Its really annoying and i have no idea on how to fix this issue. Now the issue resolves itself once you click on something but its disturbing that the first time you go to the site you have to see chinese characters and if no one clicks on anything than it could be a problem for people and turn them away from the site. Can someone please help?

You just should make sure, that every Site Call will be addressed as http://www. only.
