I installed OpenCart 2.3.0.2 and setup my currencies as RON and EUR (EUR is the default). I have a bunch of products loaded and they all are set in EUR as price. I also set the Taxable Goods with 20% tax rate. I also have a geo-zone as Romania that is enabled. The payment is enabled as pay on delivery.
Still, when I make an order, I get the '' Warning: No Payment options are available" error. I've been reading around quote a bit about this and it seems like a bug to me as everything is set as it should. I do not know what the mistake is - if there is one.
