Just like I mentioned in my email response, it looks like you're using an ancient version of MultiMerch which has been discontinued for more than 2 years now – with a custom theme on top.
There have been at least 2 major MultiMerch releases since then – which means two complete architecture overhauls and thousands of issues fixed ( just in case, here's our Changelog since the very first release: https://multimerch.com/resources/changelog/).
Apart from upgrading to MultiMerch 8, the only thing I can recommend you is to follow our custom theme integration guide meant for generic integration of custom themes into MultiMerch.
Hiring an OpenCart developer to help you with this is also possible, but I wouldn't want you to keep using the 2 year old version of our software for lots of various reasons.
