page redirecting from checkout/checkout to checkout/cart

Hi,

Whenever the order value is less than Rs.500, the page gets redirected to checkout/cart...This is happening after migrating to new site.. I searched the whole file content for Rs.500 , and not able to find any location
with 500 as value.

Removed the values from modules also on flat shipping of values less than Rs.500. Any pointers to check this up?

You probably have a mod installed that is doing that. Check your System > Settings area and see if there is a minimum order value set anywhere there, and if not, look at your installed plugins. Try disabling them one-by-one until you find the one causing that. It's likely a vQmod or ocMod file, since it would need to modify the code to redirect the checkout/checkout page.
