Wishlist - Sortable by Category

Hello,
I am looking for an extension to modify the wishlist and make it sortable by Category. I am using Version 2.1.0.2. I have searched the marketplace and cant see anything like what i need so possibly a new project for a developer?

You mean, you want to have a categories dropdown menu on Wishlist page or something like that?

I would like to have the products on a customers wishlist sorted in order of the categories, as in any products from category A listed first then products from category B ect if thats possible
