Right Column not level with top

Not sure if this is a module issue or something I did after I installed Opencart. The right column modules sit lower than the left and center areas. I believe I removed the carousel from a file before I realized I could do it from within the admin...I don't remember where I did that or if I put it back to the original. Does anyone have an idea where I need to look to see what is pushing that column down?
