Need Assistance With Omtex - Errors After Upload

Earlier today, I posted about a Class 'Device' error, and the Omtex extension no longer showing in my admin. I deleted it after discovering my Omtex files somehow got misplaced. After uploading Omtex, I am receiving these two errors.

Notice: Constant DIR_TEMPLATE already defined in /home/tovijah/public_html/addons/system/library/device.php on line 57
Fatal error: Call to a member function isLogged() on null in /home/tovijah/public_html/addons/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-admin_controller_common_header.php on line 106

I am taking a look at the files (attached), but I am not sure of what needs to be corrected.

Can anyone assist me?

And regarding your Problem here, you use a modified config.php content,
to link your Site and Paths. And this could only function, if you use some additional
'Information', required to make this kind of setting work:
DIR_APPLICATION. whatever...

But I don't recall, where to have it seen, so, I cannot be of help on this
