I have gotten my First Data files and SSL certificates installed on the server , but something is not right as when I test a checkout, it does not display the credit card form. Paypal works fine.
One question I have is "CA Path". I presume that's where OC 2.0 expects to find the SSL files. However, what's the form the filename? I have the same file named as ca.cert, <store id>.pem WS<store id>._.<user id> <store id> and nothing works.
I am also assuming that in the 3 fields where it says "path", that it's in the form of /path/to/dir/ I tried with and without the ending slashes and again, it does not seem to make a difference.
Thanks for any advise.
First Data EMEA Web Service API also not displaying the credit card form in OC 2.3.0.2. Click Submit button but just stays “Loading…” Don’t get any errors on front end, but site error log says:
PHP Notice: Undefined index: mastercard in /catalog/view/theme/default/template/extension/payment/firstdata_remote.tpl on line 10
PHP Notice: Undefined index: visa in /catalog/view/theme/default/template/extension/payment/firstdata_remote.tpl on line 11

PHP Notice: Undefined index: maestro in /catalog/view/theme/default/template/extension/payment/firstdata_remote.tpl on line 14
For the 3 fields where it says "path" I also entered in form of /path/to/dir/. For CA Path I put where my SSL is installed:
Certificate path: /ssl/fdggws_certificate_ws1111111111/WS1111111111._.1.pem
Private key path: /ssl/fdggws_certificate_ws1111111111/WS1111111111._.1.key
Private key password: /ssl/fdggws_certificate_ws1111111111/WS1111111111._.1.key.pw.txt
CA path: /ssl/certs/domain_com_c6e8b_21f59_74c543d7664ec6066eae0d15527971ec.crt
Anyone got this Payment extension to work?

Also, Payment Settings > Settlement type stays as "Pre auth" even if I select "Sale" and save it. This might be related to an Official Opencart v2.3.0.2 bug reports where Admin > System > Settings > Mail > "Additional Alert Mail" email address cannot be saved.
