Reward Systems help

Hello! I am a complete newbie to all this and I am looking for an extension to do the following:
Calculate number of reward point based on amount spent i.e. 4 points per £1
Allow customers to spent their points on their next purchase i.e. each point is worth 1p

My designer has said that it must OCMOD compatible (not just VQMOD). Also compatible with 2.3.0.2 (latest version).
And have a good support history.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
