Terms&Conditions in checkout disables the "buy" button

Hello,

the shop at https://www.dankebauer.com has a problem at the end of the ordering process. At step 5 where the payment method has to be choosen there is also the checkbox for accepting the terms&conditions.
But when the customer forgets to check this box and clicks on "buy" the shop turns back to step 5 - which is correct - with the error message, that T&C has to be checked prior to proceeding with the buying process. But the button for "buy" still is "disabled" although T&C is checked in the meantime.
Can anybody help me with this issue?

Some javascript code is disabling your button after the first click.

It might be some payment method. We recommend you to disable each payment method one by one and check if issue is resolved. After you recognize the module causing the issue, the code can be modified to fix the issue.
