Hi,

We have recently added PayPal Pro iFrame to our opencart installation but as a result the orders processed through PayPal now go in to Missing Orders and we now have the time consuming task of matching orders to payments. We also get numerous customers calling/emailing asking if their order has been processed as no confirmation has been sent.

Anyone know of any fixes to this?

I have searched the forums but cannot find any answers.

Which version of Opencart are you using and are there any errors logged? Make sure your IPN is setup properly as well.

No errors logged and the version is 2.0.3.1. I've logged in to PayPal and set the IPN URL to the shown in the PayPal Pro iFrame settings.

Is debug mode enabled? Also, which 'checkout method' are you using within the settings?

Debug is not enabled and I have tried it on both iframe and Redirect.

I would suggest to put your site under maintenance and activate the debug. Run a test order on PayPal IFrame to see if any systematic error can show on your screen.

I have done the debug and no errors appear on screen or in the error log. Could it be something server side blocking it?

After hours of phone calls with PayPal and our server provider it looks like the problem was a change in IP addresses from PayPal. We had to update our list of allowed IP addresses on our server.

Fingers crossed this has been fixed!

Did this solve your issue?
I have had iframe pro from oc 1.5.6.1 and upgraded to 2.3.0.2 and this missing orders issue is a pain in the bum!

Paypal had to be called because they changed their IP address and then this person had to whitelist the new IP address on their server.
