Issue with code accepted by Zopim Live Chat module

Hi all,

I recently installed the Zopim Live Chat module developed by techshuck in Opencart 2.3.0.2. There is a script I got from zendesk (zopim and zendesk recently integrated) which worked successfully on a separate website but when I enter the same script, enable the module and save, I do not see the live chat widget.

What could be the issue?

It might be a cache issue, which is preventing your script from appearing in front end.

If you have some caching module, could you please try after clearing the cache.
