In appreciation...must read

After a lot of research in finding a free on-line store application for my web site I ran across Opencart. Little did I know this would be the best choice I've made in years.

Not only did I find Opencart to be a great on-line store, what I didn't know at the time was to what level the support would be when I needed it. With 32 years of computer customer support under my belt I think I have a good handle on what a great support system brings to the table.

This last week I moved my web site to a new hosting service, little did I know the level of support I would need when I ran into database errors while importing my data files (SQL). In the beginning I thought for sure I had lost years of work while trying to import my files...errors after errors kept popping up. Then today I thought why not try the opencart people in the forums. WITHIN minutes of posting my help request a member here posted from Holland offering to help. Being I'm in the United States and the member was from Holland I was a little concerned to say the least.

As I watched this guy take control over the next two hours I sat back and watched in total amazement as he not only fixed my web site's Opentcarl software configuration but also increased the speed of site as well.

THIS is the reason I will suggest to anyone who will listen, OPENCART and it's members will always be number one in my book.......To you Victor, thank you from the bottom of my heart my friend.

WHen companies and or people do good others should be mad aware of it. This company and Victor in Holland should be commended for their product and level of support which is nothing but OUTSTANDING.....Enough said
