how to make website bi-language?

when I say bi-language, it is real two language version, including of product description, product category, etc. not only the system language.

The default is English version (BTW, how to make default USA English, instead of UK English)?

and I just installed Chinese extension, and yes, the system language can be English and Chinese now, but the menu (product Category) and Product description is still in English.

my plan is to have total two different language system. such as:

For English, visitor can visit

For Chinese, visitor will see:

if you INSTALL a Language correctly, by use of OC Admin Section, after you downloaded (IF EXIST ?!)
this language, matching your OC-Version, from either the OC Extension Chinese Languages Section

selectable/installable, according the OC Language installation way of doing this, in/from the Admin

BUT BE AWARE: Whatever you will OPEN, in your Admin Section, related with TEXT, will from then on have
2 different language Specific Sections, were DATA exists, and/or has to be entered, in the individual languages,
to make it work. And by DEFAULT, if you OPEN such a File, and edit something, you cannot longer SAVE such a File,
if NOT ALL the required Fields have been filled out in order, in the second language as well. Just to mention this.
