Partner groups affiliate extension

Hi, I am looking for extension for OC 2.3:

Customer A can create affiliate acount and share their link.
Customer B buy a product via customer A link and see all prices of product with 10% discount
Customer A get 15% commision when B buys a product . Then he bacame a seller (customer group) and also have 15% discount on his orders.
In backend ability to manage commisions. In frontend ablity for user to manage his commissions

Option 2 (even better):

• Affiliate will create account as usual and recieve unique code.
• He pass the code to some customer.
• Customer will create an account (or use already created) and enter the given code to some field.
• Now customer is linked to affiliate (he will recieve 15% from each order) and prices for customer are now 10% lower (he became a customer group with lover price)

Does any extension like this exists?
