if the you have a product in your basket that is downloadable then you have to create an account and can not use the guest checkout!

Thanks Daniel, yes that's it! It happens also when 2 products are in the basket, one for downloading and one for shipping, the "Guest checkout" is not available and now we know why!

Yes, this has a reason, because if a product is for downloading, of course the customer needs to enter his account, so no "Guest checkout" is available of course.
