My customers are reporting that they can't remove old items from their last cart. Or clear the cart. It just keeps putting the items back when they are heading toward checkout.
Please help. This is losing me business.

Reproduce. According to several customers if they try to make a new cart, old items keep reappearing over and over again.

I"m not sure if it's the culprit but there are over 2000 "missing orders" in my system. I can't figure out how to batch delete them and I'm not sure if it's part of the problem.
