Description Editor is not working

on my website twist.pk description editor is not working?
I am not able to insert image or insert html code, what is issue?

Have you uploaded all files? If on Firefox or Google Chrome, try opening the developer console for more information.

try turning on developer console to see if there's any javascript errors.
