Hello, I am trying to set up order fulfillment and am experiencing some issues in that I don't know how to get OC to generate a different product name or SKU depending on options selected.
Example:
Someone buys a t-shirt.
Customer selects shirt size SMALL and color RED
I need the product to show up as TSHIRT-SM-RED in their cart.
Is there an extension to accomplish this?
I use a mod called options to products to do this but there are others in the extensions store too.
Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
I have that one, but it doesn't fit my needs in that the original product still exists in the cart.
So if I use this, I have one product tshirt, and one product tshirt-small-red in the basket.
Also, do you have any experience with applying qty discounts? I would still like to be able to discount, say, QTY 10 tshirt even if someone orders 5 small red and 5 large blue.

I don't understand what you mean. It does not do that on my carts. See my links in my signature. I have modified it a bit for my needs, but never had that problem before I did modify it. The developer is great about fixing issues, so contact him.
But there are several mods that let your assign skus for products so do a search in the extension store.
No, I don't do anything like quantity discounts, so have no suggestion on that one.
