Disable failed orders email

Hello all

We are using one of the local online payment processors with opencart.

It works great with only one problem, when the user is on the payment page, and they cancel their payment, they're taken back to the store. Which is normal, the problem is they receive an email with order status failed.

I don't want that to happen. How can I disable failed orders email?

I am using OC version 2.1.0.2 and I know my way around PHP so you can be as technical as you want.

Anyone have the solution of this....
Because on failed payment buyer received a mail with message .... " Your order has been received and will be processed once payment has been confirmed."

So, how to disable email on failed payment or any extension ?
