How to create a simple catalog ( no registeration / no cart)

Hi ,
first i would like to thank all users and developers who contribute to develop this great software.

i want to delete account , basket, and checkout tabs and all files related to cart and user registration.
So the store will be a simple catalog to show products and any one wants to pay just he emails me .

You could remove all that is related to the Basket/Account ect. from your template.
That would leave you cart in tact.
