Is anyone familiar with the Fradlabs Pro module built into OC 2.2?
I recently set it up and just got my first order with it enabled but when I scroll down to the bottom, in the Message field it says "Invalid Payment Mode". According to their documentation, it's supposedly, just that:
http://www.fraudlabspro.com/developer/r ... rror-codes

But Stripe recorded the transaction so it must have been a successful credit card, right?
the fraud score was a 48.

I tried clicking on the hyperlinked transaction number, but it goes to FL website and 404 page. Going into my dashboard and account on FL site to review the transaction, there's nothing listed. Did the invalid payment error cause the transaction to not record? And why did it return the invalid payment error?

I have an active account at Fraudlabs and entered all the right information like api key etc into the module so I'm not sure what's happening.

Anyone have ideas?
Thanks!

so i assume you have one of the listed payment modes enabled and was used for this transaction?
You have entered invalid payment mode. Valid values: creditcard | paypal | googlecheckout | cod | moneyorder | wired | bankdeposit | others
did the transaction actually post or is it pending (in an authorization state). If the latter, it didn't go through and will be gone from the card/whatever method you used.

how it might work: auth card, check for fraud, find no fraud, process as a sale against the card

what probably happened is it authed the card (to make sure it was valid, had money, etc) then checked all the items for fraud. There was an issue on fraudlabs so it canceled/stopped the processing of the transaction.
