Is there any link or Extensions to see??

You would need to check with the creator of the template if they have added positions. I know the default2 template by qahar adds positions and shows them to you in the theme options, but as that is the only one I'm familiar with, don't know about others.
Running Opencart v3.0.3.9 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.
