About Database connection details in opencart

Hi sir/Madam,

I tried to install opencart 1.5.4.1. During Installation of Step 3. Configuration they told to install
Database connection Details. I created a database in phpmyadmin, BUT I Don't know what to give for username,password,
Database prefix for database.Kindly give me some suggestion what to give for user, Password , database prefix
under database connection details

If you do not remember your database credentials, you would need to contact your host to obtain those information.
