Hi All
Looking to gain some advice about what to do when going on holiday/vacation.
1) I could go into maintenance mode - but then the store disappears
2) I could disable checkout (there are already mods to do this) - but they the customer might just go somewhere else
3) I'm thinking the best would be to keep the store running completely normally - but to place a notice in the cart and checkout that the order will be shipped on X date (when I return from holiday)
Does anyone have any advise as to the best method?
If I go with (3) - is the easiest way to just add some manual text into the cart and checkout code pages? - has anyone ever seem a mod to do this?
I'm running OC2.0.3.1
Thanks
