We are getting a lot of emails and calls telling us that the payment on paypal iframe is failing and not processing.
I have contacted paypal regarding this and have been told that they are investigating as it is becoming more apparent since the 18th of July 2016. They are looking into it as it is only Opencart platform complaints that are coming in? Has there been some background updates? We are losing a lot of orders
Which OC version are you using?
If you are receiving a high degree of emails and calls regarding PayPal iFrame issues, I would suggest to temporarily set your store under maintenance from your admin - > systems - > settings - > edit store - > server tab - > Enable Maintenance Mode - > Yes. Also ensure from the same tab that your error logs are enabled.
Then, go to your admin - > extensions - > Payment - > PayPal IFrame - > Set debugging option to: 'Yes' and Sandbox mode to: 'Yes'. Then, test the event on your store-front end to see if you are able to capture any errors created by the enabled debugger. At last, when so, go to your admin - > systems - > error log page and see the latest date and time activity based on your PayPal IFrame test.
