Only Registered users can see front end of store

Hi There

i wanna change common/home.tpl in default template for quest can't see store until register and login

i copied whole home.tpl codes inside another file in that directory called Home.php and require it inside home.tpl

then i tried by php to force customers register or login for see store front end but i coulden't

please share your ideas and guide me
