No server data has been changed.
Check System > Tools > Error Logs as the message sugests to see what are the encountered errors.
Since this is a downloaded extension, I would suggest to contact the developer of that extension or to post on this topic http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php ... &start=540 to report the erroneous messages you're receiving.
