Hi there!
i'm about to migrate my site to another server. i just stared to install fresh opencart on xampp.
When i try to open both front end and back on the server itself if fine! but when i'm accessing my site through intranet or internet it seems the pages is in a mess all are aligned on the left. just plain and hypertext, and image place holder are shown.
but i was able to login to dbase seems ok.

Did you change store config as per new location?

I would agree that your links to images, css and probably javascript files are incorrect.

when installed on xamp, site only looks and works right when accessed through localhost.
if you want to access site through internet or intranet, make sure you have the right internet or intranet domain in config.php files
