It annoying that we have this issue. I consider it to be a biggie as customers are wondering why their order is canceled. Especially when they have paid.

I was having this issue as everytime I would update the order history it would say Denied. Per this post, I changed to processing under fraud settings, and now it works fine.
Anyone know what file is causing this issue so that we can fix it?
