Im looking for a way to have a short discription above the product options and to have the discription tab under oin the product page to be removed, but that other tabs will be remained.
How can I do this ?
And will short discription also be indexed in search engines etc ?

You can remove the tab from the product.tpl is my guess.
I'm not sure if your SEO will benefit from the short description, my guess is as good as yours.
Maybe have a look at what is said on the various Extensions pages that my link offers you.
