Upgrading HELP 2.0.3.1 to 2.1.0.2

I have never completed an upgrade before, and would like to write out the steps here that I think are important. Please help and add important information that I have missed, or tips and tricks to make this go smoothly.

I am currently on OC 2.0.3.1

Here are the steps that I will be completing. Please add steps that I am missing, or share tips and tricks to make things easier.

1. Take a scrrenshot or write down the following settings in Oopencart 2.0.3.1
- Store Settings
- Store Layout
- Shipping, Payment etc information
- Modifications, and extensions

2. Copy or Rename the Opencart 2.0.3.1 files in Public_HTML
3. Copy product images folder from Opencart 2.0.3.1
4. Export the MySQL Database for Opencart 2.0.3.1
5. Un-Select the following tables:
- OC_Extension
- OC_Layout
- OC_Layout_Route
- OC_Layout_Module
- OC_Customer_Activity
- OC_User_Group
- OC_Settings
- OC_Customer_Ban_IP
- OC_User (Optional)
6. Download Opencart 2.1.0.2
7. Create New Folder on server for Opencart 2.1.0.2
8. Create new MySQL Database for Opencart 2.1.0.2
9. Upload Opencart 2.1.0.2 to the New Folder (Step 6)
10. Install Opencart 2.1.0.2
11. Backup New Database 2.1.0.2 (In case a mistake is made when importing the old database)
12. Import 2.0.3.1 MySQL Database to the new MySQL Database 2.1.0.2 (Step 4)
13. Make sure the imported database is working correctly. Log into back end and check if all your products are there. Also check the front end, and error.log
14. Upload product images folder to Opencart 2.1.0.2 (Step 2)
15. Refer to screenshots taken in (Step 1) and type them into your new Opencart 2.1.0.3 settings.
