Hi,

I'm working on Version 2.1.0.2
I'm having an issue with orders that I start from within the back end and place on behalf of my customers with a internet banking option for payment. The order once placed is going to cancelled status. I can not change the status in the back end.

Admin Settings. My default is pending
Admin Payment modules setting is set to pending
Admin Settings Under Fraud it is set to cancelled

The orders are going straight to cancelled status with using internet banking.

I have read many other posts and the solution seems to be in the settings. However this one appears that I have the right settings.

Does anyone know what could be causing this and a fix for it.

So you cannot change the order status from withing the order?

For Internet banking, do you mean by any chance Bank Transfer?

Hi

I go to update the order status and it won't change. I enter anything like processing or completed press enter and it enters that the order is updated and when I scroll up it says status is still cancelled.

Yes to internet banking as in internet transfer.

Hi,

Same problem here, happens with credit card or PayPal in my case. Customer gets a 'Canceled' notification even though payment was processed.

Seems to happen when some products in the order list have only 1 unit left in stock.
Problem is that I can even not change the order status manually, it is locked to 'canceled'.

Agreed this is the exact problem. I can not change to order status.

Would be great if someone could tell me what is going wrong. I really need to fix this.
