Edit pictures path in description for all products

Hi,

I have a problem.
So i try to upload products to ebay , from opencart but pictures from product description don't show up in ebay.
I've found why. Is because of the link. If i click inspect element on a picture from website in shows img src = image/catalog/example.jpg instead img src = http:website.com/image/catalog. ( see links to understand better )

So this one is on my shop:

After uploaded to ebay:
