I'm not sure if it would need to remind people of the store address, or if it would need to force including tax.
The ability to give certain people a blanket discount on anything forever would be nice, but I'd expect that would be a much bigger thing to do.

The site I'm making at the moment needs to be pick-up only, which is slightly unusual I admit. I just need it to say something like 'Please come to this address to collect your purchases...'.
