[SOLVED] Looking for a simple Countdown extension

I'm not sure where to post this question- it's related to extensions but it's not extension support, so I'll try here.

I am looking for a simple countdown extension for my Product pages which displays text and a countdown timer: "Order in x minutes for your order to be shipped today".

The same message would be displayed on all product pages. Many websites like Amazon have similar messages.

I have searched the OC extension page but can't find anything suitable. The timer extensions are all based on the time given in the "special" option of the product, and are therefore product dependent.

Does anyone know if there's an extension to do what I'm looking for?

I have also attached a screenshot from a website to show what I am mean.

Hi Joel

Thank you for your reply and for providing the details for the countdown timer.

I would like to change the time easily, so a module in admin would be useful. I would also like the countdown and text to be removed when the time for the day expires. Unfortunately I'm not good with code so it would be great if a one of the fantastic developers on here made a modification extension and added it to the OC store...

I think this extension may do the trick for you and if not, this is probably the developer you should talk too, as his extension does mostly what you are asking already...

Thank you for your reply. Yes the extension you suggest is very similar to what I am looking for- it is definitely the closest extension in the OC store.

Unfortunately this module uses the time set in the Special box of the Products, like all of the other such modules in the OC store. I am now working with a developer who is creating a custom module for me. Thank you though, for taking the time to look for me.
