I dont have any extensions installed, literally it is a fresh install of Opencart 2.1.0.2

I looked within directory and this discountautoparts.com/system/modification/system/engine/ does not exist however discountautoparts.com/system/engine/ does exist, im not sure why its doubling up like that and Im also unsure how to fix it

Usually, a PUBLIC_HTML Section is already placed INSIDE of a Site Server Directory,
serving as ROOT, and contains the Files, needed, like an index.html/index.php, to make a Site work.
But is's NEVER followed by a Site/Path - URL/Name again, according to my limited knowledge.
I therefore assume, that you did not set your PATHS correctly, in your both CONFIG.PHP Files.
