Affliliate module possibilities

This is my very first post and i´m lurking for quidance to affliate module possibilities.

I´m running opencart 2.1.0.1 version several multistores installed. We offer webshops to our customers for free to have a right to use their brand.

Main question is that do we have a possibility to use affliate tracking code implamated f.ex to directly index.php so every order income would be split us (as a shop owner) and between the barnd owner with out adding tracking code directly to url ? We are heading at solution where normal url f.ex www.mydomain.com is typed every purchase order will be splitted as we want.

If i´m understood correctly different affliates can have the very same tracking code ? So we could slice the pie like this for diffrent sectors f.ex for us 75% per sold item and 25% for the brand owner. We manufacture brand owner merchandise.
