help, help ,bug coupon status

Hello, I hope someone can help me
I opencart 2.1.1 with a template bought wending
I sell downloadable illustrations I draw
my shop working properly but when people use the coupon code
their status changes to Canceled instead of complète
I shall give them full status manually
I really would like a solution, or other configuration to
thank you in advance for your help
